Snatcher online shop a ****!

Snatcher offered a product. I bought it. They said it was despatched. I am still waiting. On 7 June they said it was sent again and on 14 June I still have not received the product. I told them now they should give my money back or the courier or someone should phone me. Nothing just Nothing. Terrible business. Stay clear. How do I get them removed from Internet! Internet Police please HELP! We cannot allow some operators to defile the Internet Experience!?
