Snatcher Online- Sells defected products and avoids returns even though you follow their return policy and dont bother to respond

I purchased a product from Snatcher online. It was a AMI Bluetooth connector cable for my vehicle. The product took almost 3 weeks for delivery with no communication in terms of any delays until i queried this with them. Upon receiving and testing the product, it was defected and reported to them within a day of receiving it. They then requested pictures of the original packaging it was received in as well as video illustrating that the product does not work which i Gladly provided them with as well asked for the return address for the item so i can be refunded. Its been almost 3 weeks now and they have not provided the return address nor have they responded to two of my follow up emails. They are happy to sell you defected goods and not bother afterwards and have no idea of treating the customers fairly. They are in contravention of the consumer protection act. The order number in question is 390956. The contact number on their website *** does not work. you cannot get through to them and they do not respond on email so avoiding purchasing from this service provider at all costs and your money will be wasted. I do hope that management or executives of this company( if they do exist) decide to respond now.
