Snatcher online ****med me. They won't send my money back.

I bought an aifyer from snatcher. The two point pin could not fit in any plug... They then decided to send me a plug that would fit but the airfyer doesn't work. They told me to organize my own courier company to send it back. They acknowledged receiving it and asked for my banking details. But they have since disappeared. It has been more than one month and I want my money back.
