Snatcher Online - *********** the Public

A fair warning to people buying from Snatcher Online. They sell substandard poorly made knock-offs of the original items. I had purchased two of their solar street lights late in December 2021.The one unit packed up within 3 days for which I explained that I do NOT have the ORIGINAL packaging.They had no problem at that time and took back the unit and either had it repaired and sent me back a working light.Last week the other unit also packed up and a day after that the "repaired" replacement unit also stopped working.I complained to Snatcher about this and asked for a full refund or replacements with new items. This is their response

Now this was possible when the first item broke now it is not possible.Is this NOT double standards. Taking the public for a ride by selling poor quality products.
