Snatcher Online refund

I've been waiting for my refund since the 5th of December 2023, I was informed that the refund will take about 5 working days, its been over 3 weeks now. What's worse is that there's no communication whatsoever.

Apparently they are no longer available on the phone, I've send emails, still nothing has happened. Now they are no longer responding to my emails. This is the worst services I've ever received. Apparently they are no longer available on the phone, I've been sending emails, now my emails still no luck.
