Snatcher online - poor service and lack of response.

I am extremely disappointed in service or rather lack of service received from Snatcher. I have placed an order on the 8 July 2021 and have made the necessary payment, as per the online process. I have received an email for the payment made and the deduction is also reflected on my bank account. I have not received an order number and neither have I received the product. I have been trying to get hold of them on the published number, but nobody is available due to Covid 19. Neither is anybody responding to the emails send to ***, as per their claims procedure. I am also unable to log into their system, which seems not to be working.
