Snatcher Online - Pathetic

On 6 August I placed an online order #393712 for 3 x set of 2 pink stackable shoe storage boxes, 3 x set of 2 blue stackable shoe storage boxes and 1 x waterproof electric lint shaver(blue). On 19 August I received my items via delivery from the courier company and on inspection of the items I discovered that there were a few discrepancies as follows: I ordered 3 x pink & 3 x blue shoe storage boxes. Instead I received 3 x pink, 1 x blue and 2 x lime/green and a black lint shaver. Also, only the blue shoe boxes'(2) lids fit and the rest are not functional at all. I proceeded to contact *** as well as *** via email to highlight my dissatisfaction and received a response on 20 August from Tashriek Rustin a Customer Support Agent informing me that he/she had escalated the matter with their supplier and promised to revert back to me ASAP. On 27 August I wrote to the company again to enquire what the progress was since have had no feedback or communication regarding the matter, to this day I have had no response. I am absolutely disappointed in my experience with Snatcher Online and in the process of contacting the National Consumer Council to raise my complaint. I will definitely not use this business again and not recommend it to any other consumer due to poor customer service, false advertising, delayed delivery times and bad quality products.
