Snatcher online-no replacement or refund for defective product

Bought a light online from snatcher, it’s was not as advertised and the fixtures did not fit, the lights , the holes were too big. I asked for a replacement! The product was collected the next day with absolute no communication from snatcher and there has since been not communication since! When you try calm them, that number is no longer available and send your request via email! Still no communication!!! How can you sell defective items and just not communicate with the customers!
