Snatcher online - No refund processed up to now

on the 20th of June 2024 i cancelled an order and provided my banking details for a refund. until today 26 August 2024 there is no refund being processed, same email being sent saying they are processing it but nothing happens. I will keep emailing them every week until this is resolved. R600 is a lot of money to just throw away.
