Never buy from this company!! Ever!!

I bought a toaster oven that doesn't function, when I ask for my refund they expect me to jump ofrr hoops by boxing & double boxinh it, filling in forms saying they will not refund if the item is in an unacceptable condition - THE ITEM ARRIVED FROM THEM in an UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION and they are trying everything not to pay my money back!!

I regret trying them.out!
