snatcher online is a ****!!!

I ordered an Ipad pro magnetic stand on the 8th Jan that cost me over 2 grand! after weeks of waiting I get an email telling me they can no longer send me that stand and gave me two other options, I asked if one of the options supp**** can fold in specific ways that the Benks stand could as I did allot of research before ordering that particular iPad stand. They never bothered replying so I sent an email to *** to bypass the sales representative, this was after trying to call and getting a message on the phone telling me they no longer accept calls. (How Convenient for a **** company). I received an email full of apologies and then the sales representative contacted me again full of apologies and false promises that still haven't been fulfilled. I eventually got an email response many days later telling me they have spoken to the supplier and apparently the item meets the criteria I am looking for. I then asked when I can expect to receive this item as I ordered it ages ago and I get some other sales representative telling me that they will let me know when they have further info.

That was on the 9th! It is now the 15th of Feb where I still haven't heard back from them! I asked for a refund on the 14th and have had no responses to my emails yet again! This business is obviously a **** so I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from them! I will be taking this matter further!
