This is one of those better to avoid companies because of the lack of service. They advertise one thing and then do whatever they feel like. I ordered a specific wooden desk organizer which I expected to be made in China but received a much smaller and cheaper desk organizer. First complaint was answered with an e-mail requesting photos of the delivered item ordered item and the original packaging. I don't have a photo of the ordered item, packaging was destroyed and discarded, the item received was photographed and forwarded to them. No problem I thought, just refund the difference, but now I'm in for the silent treatment. They have not responded to either of my last mails nor paid the money back. As long as I can't trust them I will not recommend anyone to do any business with them.
