Snatcher Online - Horrible Service - I want my Money

To all those that wish you buy from this company i strongly recommend you don't. I bought surveillance cameras in June 2022 which were available at the time. On 12/07/2022 I was informed they were no longer available. I then requested a refund. 2 weeks later still no refund after I was assured I would receive it. The only way to contact this client is via email as the number provided is useless. I have now decided to take legal action and have reported them to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO).
