Snatcher online - disgusting service!
Disgusting service. Ordered a part for a device and had to pay immediately. Three weeks later I was told the supplier cannot source it. I was given the choice to have a refund or voucher and asked for refund. From November to today- no refund given after many promises that it would be done by ‘end of week’! This is theft!
