Snatcher online delivered after 25 working days

I had the worst experience & I'm never purchasing from them again. They have no customer services and the advertise items they don't have in stock. I placed my order on the 8th of July 2024 and it was delivered ob the 12th of August 2024. Their delivery is 7 to 14 working days but mine took 25 working days / full 5 weeks. The order was processed on the 9th the next step was for it to be packed. I kept checking everyday for a status change but nothing was happening it remained at order processed. After 14 working days I realized that this order was not gonna be packed I sent an email requesting a cancelation of the order and requested a refund. They did not take that seriously as the told me my order was on the way when in their website it was still waiting to be packed.
