Snatcher Online

Did my first purchase from Snatcher, 25 Jan 2022, the order took very long to be packed and tracking number to be sent, when I enquired, I was informed that they are waiting on the one item from the supplier. And only for the items to be delivered and ons item is scratched and one part missing. I requested a return for replacement, awaiting collection. They must keep their clients updated and not wait for the client to ask for updates on their orders. Kind regards.
