SNATCHER ONLINE CRAZY REFUND PROCESS

I've made a purchase online with Snatcher on the 16 Oct 2021 and my order was delivered 2 weeks later. Upon opening the parcels I learnt that Snatcher delivered two bathroom mats in the same color whilst I ordered 2 different sets with different colors and pricing. I immediately wrote an email making them aware of such and got a response few days later saying a courier will be sent to collect the items. Two weeks went by without a courier showing up, I then wrote another email asking about that. Long story short, I therefore decided that they should refund me because there seem to be a problem with collections & deliveries. I kept on reminding them about the refund and that took over three weeks to happen. I finally received the refund after over a month running after SNATCHER ONLINE with now less money than what I paid for the item. I again was promised to be paid the shortfall and its now over 5 days waiting for SNATCHER to pay back the remaining amount.
