Snatcher Online Company sells DUD PRODUCTS!
Waiting for a refund after a series of pointless to and fro emails. Bottom line: I was sold a dud product and should have heeded the many warnings that this company is a ****!! Their website also so complicated, you can't easily follow up on queries. In short, avoid at all costs!!
