I purchased a 24V Rechargeable Portable High-Pressure Spray Gun on 12 July 2023. On first use, it turned out to be faulty. I took it back to Snatcher. They investigated, and said the device was faulty and they will refund me, they requested my Bank Details to process payment within 7 days. They didn't do so, therefore I sent them a reminder, they said they are sorry etc., they'll process payment. We now approaching the September, the second month since they promised to refund me and they haven't done so. They are no longer responding to my emails, but strangely they keep on sending me ads for "specials".

If you don't want to lose your money, stay away from Snatcher. They are turning out to be ******/*******.

It would have been better if you responded to my emails. You haven't responded to my emails, even after I wrote this review, you still haven't responded.

Also, you haven't refunded me. I don't have any refund from you.

I can confirm that Snatcher has now refunded me. It shows in my bank account. It didn't have to come to this though. I'm disappointed in their behaviour.
