Snatcher online buying site FAILED ME!!

I am very disappointed with the service and response I've received from this online buying site. I purchased jade facial rollers, and when they arrived, the boxes were all damaged, the colors were navy and black, and it was plastic! I then returned the products within a few days and asked for a refund, and it's now been weeks and I haven't heard anything from them and ofcourse, no refund. I won't buy from this site again and I won't recommend them.
