Snatcher online bad customer service ever.

I am having a lot of trouble with snatcher online.it is the worst customer service ever. Ordered a product on 3rd of July, paid and still nothing recieved. Mailed them twice already. Still no feedback. Send messages twice. They rep**** so.eone will contact me, but still nothing. This is poor serbice from a company that you can't even phone to speak to because they don't take incomming calls.
