Snatcher Online absolutely and ridiculously and extremely poor service

My purchase was supposedly ****** on 2 occasions within 5 days during a hijacking of the courier vehicle coincidentally on 2 consecutive trips to deliver my goods. Cannot get hold of Snatcher by telephone - Spent days on the phones with no success. Sent email which was responded to with a reference no. Still waiting for someone to contact me. Eventually spoke to someone from Snatcher via their courier company Fast & Furious who contacted Snatcher and requested them to contact me. Was told that goods will be replaced and sent to me in a few days and they will confirm with me. Buhle was the agent and never called me . After a few days the calls continued to be ignored with no response. Didn't know how to get hold of Snatcher. PLEASE TRY TO CALL THEM ON *** AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER AT ALL

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY INEFFECIENT THEY TELEPHONE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR WEEKS NOW NO ONE ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE SPREAD THE WORD LETS NOT TOLERATE POOR AND EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE THEY SHOULD NOT BE TRADING LETS REPORT THEM TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES SUCH AS CONSUMER COUNCIL AND DIRECT MARKETING LETS SHUT THEM DOWN POST ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS STILL AWAITING SNATCHER’S CEO MR DIRK GREYLING(I THINK) TO CONTACT ME. HIS OWN OPERATIONS MANAGER GRAHAM CANNOT CONTACT HIM PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN POST ALL OVER THE WEB
