overall not a bad experience. They do have great products. However, their site does not update when things are sold out, so I have repeatedly had orders taking a very long time, up to a month, because there is an item out of stock. they take up to a week to reply to email queries. They do not have a phone line where one can speak to someone when we have a query. the package does not come with a list of what was ordered. So it is difficult to follow up on why things were not in the package. The chat box does help, however it is only online for short periods, and disappears the next day, so one cannot get an answer to a query the next day.
