Snatcher online

First time ordering from this company I had to prompt to establish whereabouts of order. Responding time not too fast but happened after second prompt. As a result off the unavailability of one item ordered I was informed that I will receive a voucher to the amount. Needed to prompt an answer as to whereabouts of the voucher as well but received it eventually. So far so good with both products. Rating would have been better had communication from their side been better.
