SNATCHER ONLINE

My order was placed on 16th November, with payment made and confirmed. To date nothing has been received - I have waited the time periods indicated for delivery. Unfortunately there are no ways of contacting this company or couriers telephonically. Two messages have been sent via the "contact us" window, with no acknowledgement or reply. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating online purchase.
