On 18 March 2024 I placed an order on Snatcher online for a item which showed in stock and made the payment. After not receiving my order a couple of days later and no feedback from them I emailed them and asked for feedback.

2 April 2024 I received a email were they said they are unable to process the order but they will give me a refund or store credit. I requested them to do the refund and they requested my banking details. 16 April 2024 I send them proof of my banking details. 17 April 2024 they rep**** and said refunds take between 7 and 10 days to process. Up until today I have not received my order or refund. They also don't communicate.

They have simply don't communicate and it seems that they are also not willing to refund me.

DONT order anything from them!
