Snatcher online

If I could upload a screenshot and give this snatcher online zero stars I would. It is the worst online site that you could ever purchase anyt item from. Do not ever order from this site, they are a waste off time. It's been a month and I still haven't received a refund. I received an email saying my query was sent to the credit department, but until today which is a month since I have made a purchase and snatcher online has cancelled due to the stock been unavailable, but hasn't refunded me. The item I ordered was out off stock but if you go into their site they still have it advertised to mislead customers, so that customers purchase this item, and then after 2 weeks they will email saying it's out off stock once they receive your money and then don't intend on paying it back.
