SNATCHER ONLINE

On the 20th of October I paid for order number 324960 and waited for my order to be delivered. After a few days of hearing absolutely nothing from Snatcher I tried to contact them to find out what is happening with my order On the 1st of November I get a message from them telling me that they are waiting for my order to be fulfilled. only to be told a few days later that this item is no longer available and that they will be refunding me. On the 13th of November I forwarded my banking details to them for the refund and heard nothing I then got hold of them again 0n the 27th of November, asking for my refund. They then got back to me on the 29th of November telling me that this matter has been expedited and will process the refund its now the 4th of December and still nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy a Item online as they are a waste of time.
