Snatcher on line shopping
Hi placed an order with Snatcher online shopping 5 March 2024 paid etc. On 16 March (12 days later) they told me out of stock will send a voucher-or refund (so dont know why they took the money if they had no stock in the 1st place). I asked for a refund. So needed to prove it is my account (what a joke they took the money real fast from the account) - was told this morning 19 March refund takes 7days+ will never ever use SNATCHER again.
