Snatcher Online is a notorious group of ****mers. I made a purchase from them, and after the delivery date had passed, I reached out to inquire about my order. It was only then that they informed me they were waiting for one item from their supplier. They failed to provide this information proactively. Later, they sent me an email stating that they had run out of the color I initially ordered and offered a different color instead. I agreed to receive the alternative color. After several weeks of communication, the package arrived, but the item they claimed to have in a different color was missing. When I contacted them about this issue, they showed no interest in resolving it, simply stating that the item had been delivered. They did not offer to investigate further or provide a solution.
