Snatcher not trustworthy

I ordered a latex foam mattress topper from Snatcher and they delivered a synthetic foam topper which is exceedingly hot to sleep on. Despite their misrepresenting the product and the fact that I never used it, they refuse to take it back or credit me claiming that it is a "personal hygiene product" and referred me to their returns policy which does not state this. They sent the wrong product. Their online advert states " Latex Foam Topper 5cm"
