Snatcher not that snatchy

My order was delivered short one item and the other item was missing a component. I contacted help and they said the one item was still on route (yet the order shows complete and no way to track part order) Then I'm still awaiting the missing component out the delivered item 2 weeks ago? I have asked help again, 3 days without a response! It has not been a good experience.
