Snatcher not refunding

I've placed an order in December 2023. On 09 December Snatcher advised me that one of the items are out of stock and they can either provide me with a voucher or refund. I've opted for a refund. Two months passed after various follow up emails where they just inform me there is a back log on refunds. Secondly sunglasses was part of my order which they did not inform me that the item is out of stock, I've not received it with my order. Will not recommend anyone to purchase from them.
