Snatcher not refunding

I have returned my order due to receiving damaged goods.

Snatcher offered a store credit but I rep**** that I would rather want them to refund me. This 8s now ongoing since 26th March 2021 when phoning there is no answer and also no reply on my emails. Order Nr SNT63236
