Snatcher not answering phones or emails!!!

I'm speechless about the good reviews on this company. An opposite of what I'm experiencing. Follow-up on a order that they could not full-filled and sending emails does not help either....just no response. They just don't answer their phones. How do you advertise products as a daily deal and no stock available!
