Snatcher not a good company to buy from, just in it to make a quick buck

I made the mistake of buying a led chandelier light from Snatcher. It took 2 weeks (most companies deliver within a week) for them to deliver the incorrect one and it's been a nightmare to exchange it for the correct one. You are unable to phone them and they have asked me via email for photos of the wrong light 3 times which I've sent then nothing. Then they couldn't find any record of the transaction and so I sent them the order number and again no response. How difficult is it to send me the correct light and take back the incorrect one. Definitely not worth the effort for the cheap Chinese imports they sell. I definitely would not recommend anyone doing business with them as they have absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction only to make a quick profit
