Snatcher- no thank you

Ordered goods from Snatcher,paid for a courier. Goods arrived 1 week later smashed into a thousand pieces. Phoned to complain was asked to fill out return form and to provide photographic evidence ( I did). I was told that the order would be collected the next day and replaced. The next day I was sent another email to send photographic evidence again which I did. I was then told that the items would be replaced. Finally a week later the items arrived only to not have all the items inside (1 was missing of the 3 ). Courier told me he is only delivering and not collecting. I will now just throw out the broken stuff and will never ever recommend anyone purchasing from Snatcher. If I could, I would not even give a 1 star rating if it was up to me. Whatever happened to service!!!
