Snatcher No Stock and Poor Customer Service - Do not use them!

I am seriously disgusted by the customer service of Snatcher. I placed my order on the 6th of March and have had no correspondence about my order. It is now the 18th of March.

I have sent multiple emails and phoned several times eventually when I did get a hold of a customer service rep she was rude and abrupt stating that there is a stock issue!? She promptly said that she can cancel the order a stated that the stock issue is due to Covid-19 and has no idea when they will receive stock nor did she attempt to find out when i will receive my stock! I placed my order on the 6th....

If there was a stock issue with the item, it should not have been on the website or should have been relayed to me before I paid for my order! Why is there no information on the website that stock may be an issue due to Corona or any information that the stock must still be ordered on your side?

So disappointed and will be hard pressed to use Snatcher again! Guarantee this review will be a testament to the poor service and remain unanswered!!
