Snatcher No Delivery Order

I purchased some items on Snatcher on the 17th August on order number 395*** and paid fully but the order still shows that it is progress until today(11/09/2024). I even wrote a to them 2weeks ago on their website to find out if my order was processed or not and I have not received feedback as yet. Contact number provided on their website is not going through at all. I want refund if my order is not going to be fulfilled.
