Snatcher - no delivery, no phone number, no real life person to speak to

I purchased a wall clock on the Snatcher website 14days ago. The website stipulated that the turn around time for delivery is 7-10 days. The status on my order has not changed since the date of purchase and payment. It remains as PAID - order in progress. When I call the telephone number there is a message stating the they no longer accept calls but I should email them. I have sent numerous emails to which I get a standard generic email response saying my order is in progress and they are awaiting the supplier. Despite me emailing back and asking what the suppliers time line is, the response is once again generic - we are waiting on the supplier. I am beyond frustrated since I purchased this item as a gift and the occasion has come and gone and I am no closer to knowing, when or if this item will ever be delivered. Snatcher is advertising so many good deals but I'm beginning to wonder if they actual have these items in stock to sell. Please be careful as I am yet to confirm if there is in fact a real person behind the generic emails.
