Snatcher - No delivery and no care attitude

I ordered and paid for an item in November 2022. I was informed on 27th January 2023 that the item is no longer available. I requested a refund. Despite various emails, to this date which is now 6th March 2023, I have not had as much as a response. I will never buy anything through Snatcher again. They obviously don't care about their customers. If I could rate them lower than one star I would have done so.
