Snatcher- No communication after a month

I placed an order (Firearm safe) with Snatcher on the 13th of August, I followed up multiple times to determine delivery date as I was going out of town and need to make arrangements.. I received template response, saying they are waiting for one more item before shipping.. (I only ordered one item) Then I sent another 5 mails with no response.. You can't phone them, only email.. It's the 9th of September now.. Still no feedback even with a estimated delivery time.. I understand delays happen, but communication is key.
