Snatcher never cares about customers

I bought 2 x Stainless steel set of 3 on 19 June 2024, Snatcher never sent my order until 29 July. to my surprise they only sent 1 set. I made several enquiries about my missing order they don't bother to respond and later @Tashriek (Customer support agent) told me to be patient, am still making follow ups but up to date none of them bothers to respond to me. How can I pay something 19 June and up to date 16 Aug I am not receiving my order and be told to be patient? Funny thing is that the same item I bought they're not delivering it's still advertised in the website. Their line is de-activated I cant go through
