Snatcher never again!

I purchased 10 rose quartz skin rollers, they arrived in terrible condition. The metal around it was rusty/tarnishing. The boxes where dusty and smashed some looked like it was open. I purchased it for gifts, there is no ways I could gift those to anyone. I requested a return, it was fetched the very next day which I'm glad about however their rules for returns is very intermadating especially when the goods was sent to me in such bad condition. Hoping to recieve my refund asap.
