Snatcher, never again

I ordered an inverter online and paid immediately. I was after a while told that the strike was delating deliveries from their supplier. My response was how can you sell something you don't have in your warehouse. No answer to that. I was then offered another unit a step up from the one ordered. Good for them! I was told they would do their best to have it delivered by Monday 24 Oct. Nothing, no update. My status on order is not even packaged. Never again. Warning to those, make sure they have item in stock before paying. Poor service.
