Snatcher needs to do better!

No issue with their products however their website makes alot of promises on customer experience wrr delivery process and service however they dont comply with what they commit to. The are very poor on the after service side especially when items are missing from your order. When dekiveries are delayed they dont update the order status or send any emails. You have to follow up until you get any answers. Sometimes you lucky and eventually get someone who resolves it and sometimes you stuck 2 weeks later still asking fir the items you ordered or a refund
