Snatcher must be closed down really.no customer service

This has been going on since 17 June already. I ordered an inverter picture displayed is a normal 3 pin plug.when item eventually came it was an International plug. I emailed numerous times,51 emails to and fro, eventually they collected it and assured me I would get the one displayed on the pics. While items were in transit,I got an email from snatcher to say that they could not find that item.,stock problem. On a previous email they even told me I have to buy an International plug and even sent the pic. Bearing in mind I bought 3 inverters because picture displayed was a 3pin plug.when I received the items finally after two weeks,it was the exact same items I sent back a month ago. I even sent an email saying can a human pls call me,but received no calls. Now the question is, is this false advertising from snatchers side? Because I think it defnitely is. So now what must I do? This company doesn't have a clue what customer service is about. The correct thing would be to send me the three plugs and apologize for the false pictures,which mind you I can't find anywhere. Why do I have to sit with 3 inverters I can't use??? Where is the customer service????? Just think ?? I was sent the exact same thing ,all that admin and courier costs wasted because someone could've called and explained????
