Snatcher? More like Snatch and Grabber!

I placed an order on the 29th June 2023. Upon receiving my order i discovered i did not receive two of my items. Immediately i contacted you guys via email and I received a response asking for my bank statement and proof of my banking account in order to process my refund. It is now the 4th September 2023. I've been sending numerous emails for weeks regarding my refund. Daylight *******! Taking my money without delivering the products. I am totally disgusted by this poor service delivery. After reading all the reviews here,its obvious I'm not the only one waiting for a refund. After many emails and no response whatsoever I've resorted to putting my review on here,hoping to get some sort of much needed response. We work hard for our money and to have people ***** it like this.
