Snatcher missing items

I ordered a few things from snatcher and only received half of the items the rest is missing. I contacted the and they said it ia ons its way I can just track my parcel and when I did track my parcel it said fully delivered. I contacted Snatcher again, they said they will follow up with their goods department. Still no feedback!! I paid for items that was never delivered and now I get no response from them. I am a very unhappy customer.
