Snatcher ****mers

Snatcher has the Worst customer service that i have ever experienced. I placed an order on the 22nd of June, a month later I had to send them an email to find how far my order was, as there was no update on their website from them via mail. I was told that my order is in processing awaiting delivery from their supplier then after their response I was advised that the product they advertised on their website was no longer available. I opted to get a refund; I was advised that their turn around time is 7 working days. I gave them 2 weeks to process the refund then mad a follow up on 8 August only to be advised that there is a delay with their accounts department, and they will keep me updated on progress. Till today they have not given me an update on my refund, i even sent a follow up email on 20 September and they did not even bother responding as its clear that they **** people from getting their refunds.
